To be eligible for a return and full refund, please note the following criteria:

  • Item was purchased within 30 days
  • Item was not on sale. All sale products are Final Sale.
  • Item is in original form, new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with the dust bag and tags attached
  • Items are returned using a prepaid USPS label provided by Nat & Nin Customer service
  • Item was purchased on www.nat-nin.com. Our retail partners will not accept any returns for purchases made on our eBoutique.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not respect our return policy.

Return Procedure

Returns are free and easy. Here are the steps to returning an eligible product:

1.  CONTACT US

  • Contact our customer service for a prepaid USPS return label.
  • You may reach us at 1.833.849.8826 or by email at [email protected]
  • We will send your prepaid return label by email. If you are unable to print the label, we will mail it to you.

 2.  REPACKAGE THE ITEMS & RETURN THE PARCEL

  • Place items you wish to return along with your completed Return Form inside your package
  • Attach the USPS prepaid return shipping label to the package
  • Drop the package off at your nearest USPS Post Office or drop off point (Find the closest location here)

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, please allow 10-20 business days for your return to be processed. We will issue a refund to the method of payment used for the purchase (credit card or gift card).

We will notify you via email once your refund is complete!

Final Sale

Any product that is final sale may not be returned or exchanged.

Exchange

We want to make sure you love your Nat & Nin bag. We’re here to guide you in finding another style or to help you with a return.

 Exchanges are processed initially as a return. First, process the item you wish to exchange as a return using the prepaid USPS Return Label provided by Customer Service. You can review our Return Policy here

 Once we receive the item(s), we’ll refund the credit card used for the purchase and place a new order for the exchanged items and charge the method of payment provided on your Return Form.

We do not keep your credit card information on file, so please remember to provide your preferred method of payment and credit card information on your Return Form at the back of the packing slip.

All items must be returned to the following address using the USPS prepaid label provided by our Customer Service.

Final Sale

Any product listed as "Private Sale or Sale", including all products featured in the "Sale" category of the site are final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged.
