In an effort to enhance your shopping experience and give as many customers as possible the opportunity to purchase our merchandise, we may place limits on purchases and we do not authorize the purchase of commercial quantities of our merchandise. We also may, among other things, restrict orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy applies to all purchases on www.nat-nin.com. Any purchases, services, content or samples available on the Site are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, services, content or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from the Site. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel, limit or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. We further reserve the right to cease doing business with customers who violate this policy.

Accuracy of Information
Nat & Nin strives to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors or other content are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
The products offered for sale and prices are those listed on www.nat-nin.com, within the limit of available stock.
Products are subject to availability. Nat & Nin may not be held liable if products are out of stock or unavailable. If a product unavailability’s is detected after the order was placed, Nat & Nin will inform the Customer by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible, by offering the Customer the option to substitute the unavailable product by another product of the same price, or to partially or totally cancel the order.
In the case of a partial or total cancellation, we will refund the card used during the purchase within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase.

All purchases registered through these personal identifications shall be deemed validated by the Customer holder of these personal identifications. In case of loss, theft or any fraudulent use of the password, the Customer agrees to immediately inform the Website. Nat & Nin cannot be held liable for any eventual input errors when filling up forms and their consequences in terms of delays or mistakes regarding shipping.
The Customer can deactivate the account by sending an e-mail to the Customer Service at Bonjour@nat-nin.com at any time. Upon deactivation of the account, the Customer is free to create a new account at any time.
Data collected by Nat & Nin constitute proof of all former transactions between Nat & Nin and the Customer. Contractual information will be confirmed by an e-mail sent at the latest when the order is delivered.
The Customer must verify completeness and conformity of the information provided to Nat & Nin. Nat & Nin cannot be held liable for input errors when filling forms or their consequences in terms of delays or mistakes regarding shipping. In that case, further expenses required for re-shipment will be charged to the Customer.
Once validated, the order is forwarded to Nat & Nin for processing. The Customer can modify or cancel the order solely by contacting Customer Service by telephone or by e-mail before the package has been shipped.
Nat & Nin may reject any order placed by a Customer with whom a dispute has arisen for a previous order, or if Nat & Nin reasonably considers that the Customer has breached these General Terms of Sale or if the Customer engages in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate grounds.
Proof of Purchase
Nat & Nin advises each Customer to keep an electronic or printed record of their order (such as the order confirmation).
Customers may view former, current or recently delivered orders and manage and store personal information (postal address, telephone number, bank details) in their My Account section of the website.
Nat & Nin stores its data in reasonably secured information systems. The data recorded by the Website constitutes proof of all transactions between Nat & Nin North America and the Customer. Previous orders or order receipts may be produced if proof is required.
Orders are invoiced based on prices displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed.
The Customer accepts Nat & Nin’s right to modify prices on the Website at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the price displayed when the order is recorded, subject to the availability of such products.
The prices displayed on the Website are in US Dollars, before Sales Taxes if applicable. Prices are in DDP (“delivery duty paid”). This means that all taxes, duties and shipping fees will be included in the final purchase price.
Product pricing does not include the cost of shipping, which will be invoiced in addition and communicated before your order is confirmed (for further details on Shipping costs, visit our Shipping Page).
Terms of payment
All orders on www.nat-nin.com are payable in USD (United States Dollars) using a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). To pay, the Customer has a choice between the following payment options:
- A Valid Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
- Gift certificate issued by the Website, exclusively destined for purchase of products offered on the Website (see below ”Gift cards”).
Nat & Nin North America holds the right to reject any order if there is an existing dispute with the Customer, in the event of total or partial failure to pay for a previous order by the Customer, if credit/debit card payment authorization is rejected by the banking organizations, or in the event of total or partial failure to pay. Processing and shipping of the order will occur only after verification of payment authorization by banking organizations. Credit Card account is debited once the order ships. The Customer agrees to solely receive electronic invoices.
In case of unavailability of ordered articles (see “Products availability”), unavailable products may either be exchanged or reimbursed.
Nat & Nin North America is currently obligated to collect sales tax on orders delivered within New York State. Sales tax on the order total (merchandise total after discount, shipping included) is charged for items shipping to the State of New York (8%).
Retention of Title
Product orders remain the property of Nat & Nin until payment in full is received from the Customer, including all fees and taxes. On the effective date of delivery, the risks (in particular of loss, theft or damage) of the delivered products are transferred to the Customer.
Only the original buyer can benefit from these General Terms of Sales. The transfer of property of products purchased from Nat & Nin by the Customer by a third party will not be taken in charge by nat & nin.
Timing for Preparing Your Order
The period of order preparation is not included in estimated delivery time. Orders are prepared within a maximum of two (2) business days after the day of validation of the order, granted the availability of ordered articles.
This time period may be extended in exceptional cases, such as during sales and holidays. Nat & Nin agrees to prior inform the Customer, either by telephone or by e-mail, of any such delays. If for whatever reason (other than previously stated) a delay in the preparation of order occurs, Nat & Nin agrees to reimburse the Customer if an agreement has not been reached between the parties.
Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer during checkout. Nat & Nin North America cannot be held liable for any input errors during form filling and their consequences in terms of delivery time or errors. In this context, all extra costs for re-shipping shall be paid by the Customer.
Nat & Nin only within the 50 United States, during business days (Monday-Friday). We do not ship to international addresses, PO boxes and APO boxes. We offer free shipping for orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $15.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in France directly to the Customer’s delivery address in the United States, on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.

We ship all orders using DHL Express only. If the recipient is unavailable for delivery, an attempted delivery notice will be dropped in the letterbox, which suggests arranging another delivery or collection of the package from a DHL Service point or a different address. Unclaimed packages are returned to Nat & Nin after fifteen (15) days. Nat & nin cannot be held liable for overly long delivery time caused by the unavailability of the recipient or in case of absence of withdrawal during the given period.
Nat & Nin cannot be held liable for overly long delivery time due to errors or disruption imputable to the Transporters (partial or total strikes of the Transporters and/or means of transportation and/or of communication).
Extreme Weather & Other Unavoidable Situations
Nat & Nin North America cannot be held liable for any failure to fulfill its responsibilities in the event of situations such as natural catastrophes, extreme weather conditions, fires, and unavoidable events that prevent normal processing of orders. Delivery time is automatically extended in accordance to the delay of any such disruption. Nat & Nin shall inform the Customer by e-mail or telephone of any disruption. If the disruption lasts more than four (4) weeks, both parties agree they can cancel the order, excluding any form of compensation for the Customer.
Should there be any absence or delay in delivery above eight (8) workings days, the Customer must inform the Customer Service of the Website as soon as possible, either by telephone at 1.833.849.8826 or e-mail at Bonjour@nat-nin.com. Any claims filed more than thirty (30) calendar days following the date of order validation may be rejected and Nat & Nin North America will be released of liability.
Any delivery anomalies (missing or broken products, damaged package, etc.) must be noted by Customer and communicated to Nat & Nin Customer Service by e-mail to Bonjour@nat-nin.com or by telephone at 1.833.849.8826 within 2 days following delivery.
Upon reception of ordered products, the Customer must check that products are compliant. In case of non-compliant products or should the Customer not be satisfied with the products; the Customer can return or can request the exchange, or the reimbursement as stated in the “Returns – Exchanges – Reimbursements” provision.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Terms and condition include Return & Exchange Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not respect our return & exchange policy. In that case, Nat & Nin will send the returned item back to the Customer, without any possibility of return or reimbursement. Nat & Nin claims the right to decide whether the products are in their original form upon reception by customer service.
Should the products subject to return constitute a gift, the Customer shall be in charge of the return inquiry and not the gift’s recipient.
All items must be returned to the following address using the USPS prepaid return label provided by Nat & Nin Customer Service:

Before returning a product, the customer must contact Nat & Nin customer Service who will provide a USPS prepaid return label. This label will be sent by email and will need to be printed by the customer and securely attached to the box before shipment. If the customer can’t print the label, Nat & Nin will mail the return label to the Customer.
Nat & Nin North America shall not be held liable for delivery issues occurring during the reshipment (loss, theft, overly long delivery time, damaged package etc.)
Exchanges are processed initially as a return. Once we receive the item(s), we’ll refund the credit card used for the purchase, then we will place a new order for the exchanged items and charge the method of payment provided on your Return Form.
Returns are processed within ten (10) to twenty (20) business days upon receipt of the customer’s return. Nat & Nin will refund the method of payment used for the purchase (credit card or gift voucher). An email notification will be sent to the customer to confirm receipt.
If shipping costs were applied on the first delivery ($15 for orders under $150), this cost will be refunded. In the case of a partial refund of the order, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Any product that is final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or Damaged Products
Upon receipt of a defective item, the Customer must send an inquiry by contacting Nat & Nin customer service by phone at 1.833.849.8826 or by email at Bonjour@nat-nin.com (Contact Form) within 48h following delivery. Nat & Nin customer service may ask for photographs to view the defects. Any inquiries received after 48 hours may be rejected without further allowed complaint.
Nat & Nin will examine the request. If the nature of the product(s) is confirmed as defective or damaged, Nat & Nin agrees to either refund the customer or replace the default item(s) with a new one at no extra charge. Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Customers must send the default item back to Nat & Nin using the prepaid label included in the package or using one provided by the Customer Service.
Products that have been worn will not be considered as defective and will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Product Warranty & Repairs
The after-sale service or repair atelier of Nat & Nin can only be solicited within the frame of orders processed through the Website. Inquiries for repair relating to Nat & Nin products purchased in store or any other distributors will not be operated.
Scope of intervention
Products sold on the Website have a six (6) month warranty following the date of purchase.
Repair may be provided for the following defects:
- stitching problems
- ripped lining
- loss or break of metallic parts (snap hooks, hooks, rivets, zips, etc.)
- defective zipper
Nat & Nin cannot be held liable for problems related to the evolution or deterioration of the leather (discoloration, color transfer, spots, etc.) and will not provide such repair.
Any repair inquiries sent after the six (6) month warranty period will be submitted for examination. Upon validation and agreement between both parties, the repairs will be invoiced according to the necessary degree of intervention.
How to Request a Repair
1. Customer must contact Customer Service by email at Bonjour@nat-nin.com or by phone at 1.833.849.8826, providing name and address, order number, and a description of the problem, with photos if needed.
2. Customer Service will contact the repair atelier and examine the inquiry. The inquiry will only be validated if the afore mentioned conditions are met for the said article.
3. Customer Service will send an email to the Customer to confirm the validation of the inquiry, explain the return procedure and provide a prepaid return label for the customer.
Nat & Nin withholds the right to refuse repair that does not enter the scope of the above circumstances or if Nat & Nin notices that the product has simply experienced normal wear, was inappropriately used or has suffered accidental damages.
If the inquiry is delivered within the warranty period, Nat & Nin will repair to the defective product to best of its abilities, free of charge, and will reship the product within fifteen (15) business days following the receipt of the said product.
Repairs, Special Cases
- Leather strip replacement: In the case that a removable leather piece is damaged, Nat & Nin Customer Service can replace the item directly. It is not necessary to return the whole product.
- Snap hook / shoulder strap problem: if the occurred problem relates only to the shoulder strap, it is not necessary to reship the whole product. The Customer can only reship the shoulder strap to Nat & Nin.
All of this Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data, information, illustrations, charts, indices, reports, data, HTML code and screens, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software on this Site is owned by or licensed Nat & Nin North America, its affiliates, partners or licensors, and is subject to protection by U.S. and international intellectual property laws, including, but not limited to, rights in the nature of patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, service marks, moral rights, expertise and any other similar rights recognized under laws or international conventions in any country or jurisdiction in the world.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the registered and unregistered marks of Nat & Nin, its affiliates, partners or licensors, in the United States and other countries, and are protected by United States and international trademark laws.
Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of www.nat-nin.com for the sole purpose of placing an order on the Site or using it as a personal shopping resource. Any other use of materials on the Site, including reproduction for purposes other than those permitted above, modification, distribution, republishing, transmission, display or performance, is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Nat & Nin.
You agree that any and all comments, messages, postings, data, suggestions, creative ideas, designs, concepts, product suggestions and other items or materials disclosed, submitted or offered to Nat & Nin through or in connection with this Site ("Submissions"), including, but not limited to, survey responses, shall be treated as non-confidential and not proprietary and shall become, and remain, Nat & Nin property. The company Nat & Nin may not be held liable for non-performance of the order in case of out of stock or unavailable product, of unforeseeable circumstances, of disruption from the postal services and methods of shipping and/or communication.
Nat & Nin may retain the right to reject an order following a computer bug, error in the filling of the forms, hacker attacks or any internal or external malevolence. Nat & Nin shall inform the Customer of the order cancellation. Should you notice any errors, please inform by e-mail at Bonjour@nat-nin.com.
Without limitations to the provided conditions laid down in the previous paragraphs, the liability of Nat & Nin following these General Terms of Sale cannot exceed a sum equating the sum paid or payable during transaction at the origin of the said liability, whatever the cause or form of implied action.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, and at Nat & Nin option, defend Nat & Nin, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, partners, members, managers, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, partners or licensors for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorney's fees relating to and resulting from (a) any breach of these Terms and Conditions; and (b) any use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on the Site’s infrastructure.

Nat & Nin North America does not make any representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations outside the United States. If you are using the Site in the United States, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, rules, regulations, interpretations and determinations of any regulatory authority, or any provision of federal, state laws and with all United States export laws and all other applicable laws. If you use the Site from outside the United States, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, export and import regulations of the United States and other countries.
The laws of the State of New York will govern these disclaimers and terms and conditions without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Nat & Nin reserves the right to make changes to the Site and its disclaimers, policies, and terms and conditions at any time as described above. In connection with any litigation, without limiting our right to bring an action against you in any jurisdiction, you further agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the state courts located in the County of Westchester and in the federal courts located in the Southern District of New York.
