SISTERS & CO sells products under the brands “NAT & NIN” (women’s collection) and “ANTONYME” (men’s collection) via the Website.

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Website by consumers only (B2C).
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
SISTERS & CO reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable Terms shall be those in force on the date the order is placed.

Orders placed on the Website are strictly reserved for private consumers acting as final buyers. Any resale or distribution of products purchased on the Website is prohibited.
The Customer must be of legal age, have legal capacity, and hold a valid payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
Orders are accepted subject to product availability.
The “double-click” validation constitutes an electronic signature equivalent to a handwritten signature.

Products and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the Website, subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, SISTERS & CO will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer:

For UK, prices include VAT and Custom fees.
Customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable in the destination country have been cleared by nat & nin prior to reception.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, instalment payment via Scalapay Bank (where available), and gift cards issued by the Website.
Payment is considered final only after full receipt of funds.

SISTERS & CO cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect information provided by the Customer.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom have been subjected to customs clearance procedures, import duties or administrative fees following Brexit. These costs are borne in the pricing of the Products.
9. Right of Withdrawal
General
Customers have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in cases of non-conforming or defective products after review from the Customer Service.
United Kingdom – Mandatory Consumer Rights
For Customers residing in the United Kingdom, the right of withdrawal is governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Upon valid withdrawal, SISTERS & CO will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of dispatch.
10. Conformity and Legal Guarantees – United Kingdom
For Customers residing in the United Kingdom, products must comply with the contract and be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In case of non-conformity, the Customer is entitled to statutory remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as provided by UK law.
These rights cannot be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit SISTERS & CO’s liability for:

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
However, if the Customer is a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection provisions of UK law shall apply in addition to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to seek an amicable solution with SISTERS & CO first.
