You can make a return request for an exchange or refund within 15 days of delivery. The products must be intact, complete, labeled, with their cover and neither worn nor damaged. Return costs are free in the context of a return against obtaining a credit, or a partial return of the order or a return to a nat & nin store. In these cases listed, don't worry if the charges appear when entering your return. They will not be charged to you. In the event of a request for a refund of the entire order, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.

- Outside the EU: at your expense
Exchange is only possible for the same model in another color (excluding promotions). The credit cannot be refunded at a later date.
Step 1: I access the return portal.
Step 2 : I enter the order number and the email address used when ordering
Step 3: I choose the items I want to return or exchange.
Step 4: I print the return label OR I select the return directly in the nat & nin store
Step 5: I stick the label on my package (if postal return) and drop it off at the Relais Point OR I drop it off at the nat & nin store
