Delivery

There are different delivery methods offered on the site.

For France :

- Colissimo (delivery within 48 to 72 hours)

- Chronopost Express to your home or to a Relay Point (delivery within 24 hours).

- For Paris and IDF, I can also choose to collect in store (see Click & Collect)

For Corsica, the French overseas departments and territories, Europe and internationally :

- La Poste (delivery within 3 to 10 days depending on the area)

- Chronopost Express home delivery (delivery within 24 to 48 hours)

The average delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment.

From Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 9 a.m. (Paris local time) are shipped the same day (subject to item availability, excluding public holidays and exceptional closures).

Orders validated after 9 a.m. are processed the next business day.
Please note : during holiday and sales periods, preparation time may be extended by one or two days.
