The deadline for submitting your return request is 15 days from the date you receive your package. Products must be intact, unworn, undamaged, complete, with tags attached and in their dust bag.
In the event of a RETURN by mail for a REFUND of the order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.
- France: 5.90 euros
- EU: 9.90 euros
- Outside EU: at your own expense
- USA / CANADA / UK: calculated at the time of the return request
In the case of a paid return: delivery costs are refunded
Return shipping costs are FREE for returns in exchange for STORE CREDIT, an EXCHANGE, or a RETURN TO A nat & nin STORE.
Exchanges are only possible for the same model in a different color (excluding promotional items). Store credit is non-refundable at a later date.
Step 1: Access the returns portal.
Step 2: Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
Step 3: Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Step 4: Print the return label OR select an in-store return at nat & nin.
Step 5: Stick the label on your package (if returning by post) and drop it off at a pickup point OR drop it off at a nat & nin boutique.
