We can ask you in comments to share the photos
that you publish on Instagram that concern us.
Mainly, the content that you will share with us will be integrated
on our website nat-nin.com.
We may also include your photos in our newsletters and social networks.
By responding to our request with the hashtag #yesnatnin and tagging the Instagram account @natninofficial you:
- give nat & nin permission to use your photo in their communication and/or advertising, including in the gallery on the website (www.nat-nin.com), newsletters, social media, any communication media in-store and other commercial use.
- grant nat & nin permission to use your photo until you revoke your permission.
This sharing of content will allow you to obtain free advertising on our channels and our website (www.nat-nin.com). You will obviously be credited for your photo: your Instagram account will be mentioned and/or your name. You will have the possibility to withdraw your authorization at any time.
By agreeing to these terms, you grant nat & nin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and share your photo for marketing and/or advertising purposes, including the right to reproduce, distribute, edit and edit your photos. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the materials you submit and that you have permission from anyone appearing in the photos.
In addition, you certify that you are an individual (i.e. not a corporation), that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from your parents, and that use of your photos by nat & nin will not violate any third party rights or laws.
You hereby release nat & nin from any obligation to pay you for the use of your images and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the uses described above, thereby releasing and agreeing to hold nat & nin and all persons acting for nat & nin from any claim, demand or compensation, whatever its nature, in relation to the use of the images as described above.
If you wish to withdraw your permission, you can email us at info@nat-nin.fr and we will remove your photo from our digital channels within 14 days.
If we have used your photo in our newsletter, it is not possible to remove it, but we will not use it in the future.
