Des débuts chaotique mais vite rattrapé

Un sac superbe et très pratique au vu de sa petite taille!
Sinon nn début un peu chaotique avec l'envoi du mauvais modèle mais l'échange et le renvoie ont été très rapide et un petit cadeau à même été fait en guise d'excuse.
Seul bémol je trouve ça un peu dommage d'indiqué un numéro de téléphone sachant qu'on ne peut joindre personne. Autant préciser que le SAV se fait uniquement par mail. Surtout qu'au vu de la réactivité cela ne pénalise pas.
