It is advisable to avoid prolonged contact with water, the sun, powerful artificial lights, heat and fatty substances, otherwise irreversible damage may occur.

Exposure of leather to rays and liquid and oily substances, as well as variations in temperature and humidity levels, can cause it to develop significantly and prematurely.

To avoid discoloration and staining, caution should be exercised in bad weather.

We recommend that you pay particular attention to possible color transfers. Two scenarios may arise: your clothing may bleed onto the leather, or your bag may bleed onto the clothing.

Avoid contact with coats and raw textiles that bleed (such as dark jeans or new clothes); their colored pigments can transfer to the leather and irreversibly damage the bag. Conversely, be careful when wearing a bright or dark colored bag!

As a general rule, avoid pairing light leather with dark clothing, and vice versa. When in doubt, play it safe!

Climatic variations can cause premature aging of leather. Dust can also be abrasive. It is therefore recommended to store the bag in its protective cover, away from light and humidity, in a clean, dry and well-ventilated place.

If you do not intend to wear it for a long time, take it out and air it from time to time, then polish it, either with a clean, soft cloth or with a special nubuck brush. It is a “peach skin effect” leather. This will prevent dust from becoming embedded in the texture of the skin.

Stain issues should be dealt with quickly to prevent the leather coating from being eaten away. Do not be too long ! By acting quickly, you can limit the damage.
