You have 15 days from the date you receive your package to request a return. Products must be undamaged, unworn, complete, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping is free when returning an item for a credit note , or when returning a partial order or returning an item to a Nat & Nin store .
In these listed cases, don't worry if the fees appear when you enter your return information. You will not be charged for them.
In the event of a request for a full refund of the order, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.
- France : 5.90 euros
- EU : 9.90 euros
- Outside the EU : at your expense
Exchanges are only possible for the same model in a different color (excluding promotional items). Credit notes are non-refundable.
Step 1: I access the return portal.
Step 2 : I enter the order number and the email address used when ordering
Step 3: I choose the items I want to return or exchange.
Step 4: I print the return label OR I select the return directly in the nat & nin store
Step 5: I stick the label on my package (if postal return) and drop it off at the Relais Point OR I drop it off at the nat & nin store
