The deadline for submitting your return request is 15 days from the receipt of your package. Products must be intact, unworn, undamaged, complete, labeled, and include their dust bag.
In the event of a POSTAL RETURN for REFUND of the order, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.
- France: 5.90 euros
- EU: 9.90 euros
- Outside EU: at your expense
- USA / CANADA / UK: calculated at the time of the return request
In case of paid return: delivery costs are refunded
Return shipping is FREE for returns in exchange for a CREDIT VOUCHER, an EXCHANGE, or an IN-STORE RETURN at nat & nin.
Exchange is only possible for the same model in a different color (excluding promotional items). The credit voucher is not refundable later.
Step 1: I access the returns portal.
Step 2: I enter the order number and the email address used when placing the order.
Step 3: I select the items I wish to return or exchange.
Step 4: I print the return label OR I select to return directly to a nat & nin store.
Step 5: I stick the label on my parcel (if returning by post) and drop it off at a Relay Point OR I drop it off at a nat & nin store.
